Specifications of  Fructose: High Fructose Syrup is derived from high quality corn starch through hydrolysis by enzyme preparation, reaction by isomerase, refining, the content of fructose is more than 55%.   It's about 75% sweeter than sucrose, and cheaper than sugar, also it's very easy to mix in food field, so it's widely used in beverages, carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, breads, cakes, tinned fruits, jams, succades, dairy foods etc. Especially for beverage.
